Brace yourself for this review!
Our family room had a lovely view, and we were surprised with complimentary bubbly and a delicious dessert. Staff attention was nice, despite some dated decor. The hotel is lively and central, but noise could be an issue for light sleepers.

I was offered a room with lovely views of the town. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, it was very close to major attractions and shopping and buses and taxis. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Harbour Restaurant & Bar.

It was surely an enjoyable stay on holidays. The room was neat with a view. We were pleased to have an electric kettle, central heating and iron/ironing board.

By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Donegal Town, had much fun and met attentive and accommodating staff who accommodated my request. I booked twin room on the tablet in the bedroom and could use wake-up service, available in it.

staff were excellent food also excellent and great value for money convenient to lots of beautiful countryside
i thought general layout of the room was fine and beds bedding and ensuite was spot on however we rquested a smoking room and the decor of the room let it down There were bleach stains on the carpet at the side of the bed the paint was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom the fabric on the skirting on the bath was coming off and parts of it were quite dusty I know it was a smoking room not sure if this made a difference but in general we enjoyed our stay

The room had a great view of the town square. Clean, spacious, and the decor was charming. Breakfast options were good, plenty of choices and tasted fresh. Though, we experienced a delay in dinner service one night due to a wedding, a bit frustrating. The noise from outside was bothersome, especially at night, hard to sleep. The staff could have been a bit more attentive during peak times. The hotel is in a prime location, easy to explore the town and nearby sites. Parking was affordable, a nice perk. The stay had highlights, but the noise and service issues need addressing.
